our proof policy & agreement
After you order your invitations you will receive a proof via email in 3-5 business days. A proof is a copy of your invitation or card with your information and our watermark across it. It is your responsibility to carefully review the proof for any mistakes. We suggest you have another person review it with you as a fresh set of eyes is always helpful.
If you notice that an error has been made let us know in a return email. We will then make the necessary corrections and send you a new proof. Please allow 1 business day in between additional proofs.
After you are satisfied that the proof is correct and you tell us that you are satisfied (in a return email), we are not liable for any mistakes you may catch after this time even if you have already sent it to a print company. If for any reason you wish to have your invitations or cards corrected because of a mistake, we will be happy to do so at no additional charge.
